On July 22 and 23, 2024, Consortium Nepal conducted a workshop on Organizational Capacity Development, with active participation from both secretariat staff and board members. The workshop focused on evaluating the organization’s capacity across eight key areas: administration, human resources, finance, program management, communication, external relations, resource mobilization, and donor relations. The assessment was structured around three critical dimensions: “To Do,” “To Be,” and “To Relate.” During the workshop, staff and board members engaged in group discussions to assess and identify areas for improvement in the organization’s overall development. The key dimensions To Do Covers the functional areas related to programs and operation, To Be covers the Governance, Human Resources and Finance and To Relate covers the functional areas related to Communication, External Relations, Resource Mobilization and Donor Relations. During the workshops there is findings of strength and areas of improvement regarding to the Organizational Capacity Development.
